Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final.

Once our editable PSD mockup product or any of our digital design resources product has been purchased and delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
 
This is because:
 
Digital files can not be returned once delivered and third – party processing cost are incurred immediately after purchase.
 
Mockup purchase is based on your preferred online store and your preferred product features.
 
To limit this, a replacement can be considered.
 
Exceptions:
 
A replacement may only be considered if:
 
Our editable mockup zip file does not download or the PSD file does not open due to technical issues or having a corrupted file.
 
If you experience any of the above challenges, kindly reach out to us using our feedback form within 72 hours of purchase.
 
Replacements will not be considered for preference based reasons (for example, “I don’t like the design or mockup”).
