‎‎We sell editable PSD mockups and other digital design resources. Currently, our products are delivered only digitally, no physical items will be shipped.

‎When you purchase any of our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise stated.

‎‎However, you may:

• ‎‎Use the purchased mockup PSD files for personal and commercial projects.

• Use the purchased mockup PSD files to showcase your custom designs.

‎‎You may not:

• ‎‎Resell, redistribute, share, or give away for free the original files
• Claim ownership of the original product
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces
• Include the files in other products intended for resale or redistribution.

‎‎3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Gumroad. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

‎‎4. Refunds

‎Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

‎‎If you experience technical issues with a purchase i.e Our editable mockup zip file does not download or the PSD file does not open due to technical issues or having a corrupted file. Kindly reach out to us using our feedback form within 72 hours of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

‎‎5. Intellectual Property

‎All products, designs, graphics, content, and materials available on this website remain the intellectual property of Choices Var and are protected by copyright laws unless otherwise stated.

‎‎Purchasing any of our digital products does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.

‎‎6. Product Availability

‎We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue  or remove products from our website at any time without prior notice.

‎‎7. Limitation of Liability

‎‎Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
