1. How do I purchase?

You can purchase any of our PSD mockup product from any of our recommended online stores using the link on this website.

2. What happens after I purchase?

You will get the access to download the zip file for the particular product you purchased.

3. What is in the downloaded zip file?

The zip file contains a welcome note, the instructional material for ease of the mockup usage, the editable mockup psd file and other helpful documents.

4. What types of mockup do you offer?

We currently offer Apparel and Lifestyle mockups. Kindly visit any of our recommended online stores for the current mockup product list update.

Additional mockup categories will be introduced soon.

5. Do I need Tech skills?

Not at all. Our psd editable mockup products do not require any complicated software.

Kindly follow our easy instruction manual and use only our recommended PSD editors (Adobe Photoshop or Photopea) to open the PSD file and get the best results.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. 

A replacement will only be considered if the zip file does not download or the PSD file does not open due to technical issues or having a corrupted file.
